This role collaborates closely with the Project Manager and various cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Safety, Quality, Environment, Measurement Engineering, Operations, TIS (Telecom, OT & IT network systems, SCADA, Measurement Servers, RTU Programmers), and the internal construction team to ensure full compliance with all identified project requirements.
A strong technical background in custody transfer measurement at transmission-level natural gas meter stations is required. This includes a working knowledge of AGA and API measurement standards for flow elements, gas quality analyzers, station instrumentation, automation systems within the RTU, remote station flow and pressure control, primary and UPS electrical systems, intrinsic wiring methods, communications and network systems, SCADA, and measurement billing servers.
