Job description

Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the Business Readiness Workstream for a strategic Billing Program.

Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the Business Readiness Workstream for a strategic Billing Program.

Role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week in Edmonton or Calgary offices

Must Haves:

  • 6+ years' experience as a OCM Specialist leading large program or transformation initiatives with demonstrated progression of responsibilities
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful—highly proficient with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CoPilot) and collaboration platforms.
  • Skilled at navigating shifting workloads and competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines critical to project success
  • Strong stakeholder analysis and engagement tracking skills

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement & Impact Analysis

  • Support stakeholder identification and segmentation in collaboration with workstream team
  • Ensure detailed stakeholder impact analysis is complete and validated with stakeholder areas
  • Collaborate with vendor on vendor-led Change Impact Assessment
  • Review and validate stakeholder analysis and impacts at key gates or milestones during the program
  • Track change impact work products and/or deliverables, shepherding approval workflows, and ensuring final versions are stored appropriately per program guidelines
  • Manage and update change action plans, leveraging change impact analysis to ensure progress is monitored and communicated
  • Participate in Business Readiness Network planning and meetings
  • Track stakeholder engagement and support adoption metrics, flagging gaps or resistance trends
  • Ensure business needs, concerns, and readiness levels are clearly communicated in discussions with the Delivery Assurance Partner and the Systems Integrator
  • Document and escalate risks or issues raised by stakeholder groups that may affect readiness or adoption

Training Alignment

  • Support development of an iterative training schedule aligned to business needs and leveraging learnings from the change impact analysis
  • Collaborate with Training Team to ensure training plans reflect latest stakeholder impact information
  • Collaborate with the workstream team to ensure training schedule is aligned to stakeholder engagement and readiness milestones
  • Collaborate with workstream team to ensure a plan is in place to manage training session logistics and track attendance
