Hands-on experience administering large-scale Oracle databases on RAC

Understanding of change data capture (CDC)

Ability to optimize database performance

Experience with Oracle GoldenGate data replication

Experience with Azure cloud services

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell)

Experience with ETL processes

Experience in agile development

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
