This full-time role focuses on designing and executing advanced optical test strategies to move products from design to production, while pushing performance through rigorous characterization and data-driven optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in electrical engineering or related field and 3+ years in optical components, photonics, or telecom systems.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience on product development of optical components, photonics, or telecom systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced optical test and verification strategies to transition breakthrough products from the design phase to full-scale production.
• Characterize optical parameters using advanced techniques to optimize real-world performance.
• Utilize data analysis to extract insights, solve challenges, and improve optical designs.
• Collaborate on integrating AI tools into test workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Work with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality to align product requirements.
• Create scalable, well-documented test solutions and validate products using Agile methodologies.
• Gain hands-on experience and mentorship in optical testing, characterization, and data analysis.
