Business Development Bank of Canada seeks a Business Advisor, Operations to help Canadian SMEs optimize operations with advanced tech, data, and AI. You will lead end-to-end projects, advise on ERP/MES/WMS/CRM tools, and drive measurable improvements in productivity and scalability.

The role combines deep operations expertise with advisory delivery, client workshops, and collaboration with internal teams, in a hybrid work model across Canada.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years of consulting/advisory or transformation experience.
Experience leading mandates from diagnosis through implementation.
Experience with executive teams and senior operational leaders.
Willingness to travel within Canada as needed.

Responsabilidades

Design and implement technology-enabled solutions adapted to SME environments.
Lead end-to-end project delivery: scope, objectives, plans, budgets, risks.
Advise clients on ERP/MES/WMS/AI adoption and modern operations.
Support business development, client workshops, and advisory initiatives.
