Qualifications

• Professional credibility to challenge and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the TD Securities Operational Risk Event Program and provide independent oversight and effective challenge over risk events.
• Lead governance, standards, training, reporting and continuous improvement of the program.
• Deliver concise, decision-useful reporting to senior management and risk committees.
