Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative and web teams to develop high-performing landing pages.
  • Conduct A / B testing on ads and landing pages to optimize conversions.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and SEMRush for campaign tracking and analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, search engine updates, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Report on performance and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • Demonstrated expertise managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic / display advertising.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEMRush, or similar analytics tools.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
