Responsibilities
  • Oversee onboarding for Tier 3, Tier 4, and Enterprise customers, ensuring timely and exceeding expectations.
  • Coordinate customer transitions from previous systems or new implementations.
  • Deliver tailored online product training to meet client needs.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers via email, phone, or web conferencing.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve onboarding issues and enhance client experience.
  • Mentor peers and share best practices within the onboarding team.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and internal projects.
  • Use data analytics to derive insights and influence decisions.
  • Address support tickets promptly with a solutions-oriented approach.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-3 years supporting enterprise customer implementation/onboarding, preferably SaaS.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem solver, multitasker, and adaptable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, responsible, and customer-centric.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, intermediate Excel, CRM (Zoho), and ticketing systems (Jira).
