Job summary

Integra is seeking a Construction Superintendent based in Brampton, Ontario, to manage on-site construction activities across all phases. You will coordinate subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensure plans are followed, and maintain schedule and budget compliance.

Strong communication with Safety and Quality Control teams is essential. Role requires hands-on supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and consultants, with a focus on safety, inspections, and daily progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; 8+ preferred.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate setup of a project schedule with activities and logic.
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, vendors and craftsmen to meet critical path.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against drawings and scope.
• Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, change orders, RFIs and material submittals.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify non-compliance with safety and quality standards and resolve issues.
• Prepare daily reports and review subcontractor reports.
• Oversee self-perform work to ensure schedule, quality and safety.
• Walk site daily to monitor progress and plan ahead.
• Lead weekly subcontractor status meetings.
