As a senior offensive security advisor, you help identify, analyze, eradicate, and mitigate threats to Desjardins's systems, networks, and applications. You are responsible for simulating threats based on the continuous evolution of offensive techniques and threat actors. You design, develop, and implement offensive methodologies and tools, while mitigating risks associated with their use. You follow rigorous processes and develop new ones to prepare the organization for cyberattacks. You lead practitioners on development projects and complex, strategic initiatives. You possess a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the drivers of change in the organization. You clarify risks using simple language to ensure everyone has a common understanding and involve various stakeholders to strengthen Desjardins's security posture. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your field. You make recommendations on the development and execution of projects and initiatives with high operational and conceptual complexity. Coordination and interpersonal skills are essential. You serve as a specialist advisor, subject matter expert, resource person, and coach for decision-making bodies.

More specifically, you will be required to:

1. Lead large-scale development projects, initiatives, and activities in your specialty area that significantly impact the organization.
2. Advise clients and partners to help them plan, develop, select solutions, execute, and monitor strategic projects and initiatives under your responsibility.
3. Develop and update policies, standards, models, methodologies, tools, and programs to support your unit's strategic projects. Conduct strategic monitoring to identify emerging security issues.
4. Identify and analyze major issues, diagnose problems, and make recommendations to decision-making bodies. Analyze, map, and explain threats to guide testing activities.
5. Represent your unit before decision-making bodies.
6. Represent Desjardins in external agreements with partners and organizations.
