Job Overview
Ontario Power Generation (OPG) seeks a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Senior Observability Analyst to join our team.
This role reports to the Section Head of Information Systems and is responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing end-to-end monitoring solutions using Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, and other industry tools. The aim is to provide unified visibility across infrastructure, applications, and user experience, integrating multi-vendor platforms and ITSM processes, automating remediation workflows, and leveraging AI-driven analytics for anomaly detection and root cause analysis. Collaboration with IT teams to resolve performance issues, visualization of monitoring data, and continuous improvement are key aspects of this role.
