Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Professional Sr. Engineer - NX & NX Open Specialist in Dorval, QC. The role focuses on CAD automation, engineering process improvements, and leading requirements workshops within a digital transformation context.

You will collaborate with IT and software architects, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a hybrid work environment that includes some remote tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing.
• At least 10 years in engineering and/or IT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, identify, and propose engineering process and CAD automation improvements tailored to internal and external clients.
• Lead requirements analysis workshops.
• Interact with various parts of the organization to ensure consistency in proposed solutions.
• Support engineering improvement initiatives aligned with CAD design strategy and IT collaboration.
• Develop and harmonize project timelines and ensure adherence by technical teams.
• Lead activities to identify, manage, and mitigate risks and prepare contingency plans.
