Job summary

NPX is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of next‑generation nuclear programs across North America. You will define scope, milestones, and success metrics, and partner with clients to align priorities and resources.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and establish governance for first‑of‑a‑kind projects. Travel to Bruce County is required (roughly three days per week).

Qualifications

• Define a program's scope, roadmap, and success metrics from the ground up.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Own program performance across scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
• Navigate ambiguity and evolving regulatory requirements on first‑of‑a‑kind programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the program’s scope, objectives, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business and client goals.
• Drive execution across teams, managing interdependencies, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables to achieve program outcomes.
• Keep senior leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders aligned on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Establish program governance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Mentor project managers and team members, strengthening collaboration and leadership.
• Manage the program budget, profitability, vendors, and partners to ensure successful delivery.
