About the Job

The Devices Team at Life360 is looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced sales professional with deep retail expertise, particularly within Canada and LATAM. We are looking for someone ready to push boundaries, drive innovation, and grow our retail business. This role is your opportunity to transform retail, drive growth across major markets, and be a part of something game-changing.

The US-based salary range for this position is $132,000 to $195,000, with additional eligibility for a commission plan based on performance outcomes. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support account management and revenue growth across national retailers and distributors, with a focus on expanding relationships in LATAM and Canada.
  • Account Management & International Market Expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national retailers, distributors, and enterprise partners in Mexico and Canada.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to support market expansion in LATAM and Canada.
  • Establish and strengthen regional retail and distribution partnerships, navigating local business practices for smooth execution.
  • Develop scalable retail programs to drive penetration across mid- and lower-tier accounts, leveraging distributor networks.

Sales & Business Strategy Execution

  • Drive sell-in, sell-through, and revenue growth across LATAM and Canadian markets.
  • Develop regional joint business plans, ensuring alignment with retail and enterprise goals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and promotional initiatives, securing favorable terms and maximizing market opportunities.
  • Define, create and implement scalable sales strategies to optimize resources and enhance profitability.

Retail & Digital Marketing Optimization

  • Execute omni-channel marketing activations, ensuring alignment with retailer-specific needs.
  • Track campaign performance and shopper engagement, optimizing strategies for impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and distributors to amplify program reach and brand consistency.

Distribution Program Development & Operations

  • Scale distributor support programs to improve inventory flow and availability across LATAM and Canada.
  • Develop rep training programs to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
  • Pilot expansion frameworks that enable repeatable success across additional LATAM markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Performance Tracking

  • Work with global product, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies with regional retail execution.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to refine forecasting, pricing, and market analytics.
  • Advocate for LATAM and Canadian expansion, ensuring alignment with global priorities.
What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in retail account management, preferably in LATAM (Mexico) and Canada.

  • 6+ years of experience in retail merchandising and or channel marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use market data and consumer insights to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills for engaging with LATAM and Canadian stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.Spanish and/or French language proficiency is a plus.
