Job summary

Myticas Consulting is seeking an experienced Network Management System (NMS) Developer to lead the design, development, and evolution of next-generation network management solutions for a cutting-edge telecommunications platform. This role focuses on scalable NMS applications, automation, security, and modern software engineering practices.

Working within an Agile SAFe environment, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality network management

Qualifications

12+ years of experience developing carrier-grade NMS/EMS or network automation solutions.
Deep understanding of NMS architecture and interoperable management systems.
Experience with NETCONF/RESTCONF, gRPC/gNMI, gNOI, YANG, UML.
Proficient in automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and evolution of NMS applications.
Design scalable solutions for network resources, services, alarms, and performance.
Develop and maintain YANG models for configuration and management.
Evaluate and integrate third-party NMS vendors and partners.
Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for CI/CD.
Troubleshoot complex system integration and network issues.
Produce documentation and architecture artifacts.
Define security best practices to ensure integrity and compliance.
Contribute to system CONOPS and architecture definitions.
Collaborate with software, systems, and operations teams for seamless platform integration.
Identify opportunities to improve network architecture, performance, reliability, and automation.
Participate in SAFe ceremonies and release planning.
