Novartis is seeking a Sr Sales Representative – In Neuroscience to drive sales growth in Multiple Sclerosis within the Montreal South Shore territory. The role focuses on educating neurologists and MS clinics, building strong professional relationships, and delivering impactful product presentations to advance patient outcomes.

Candidate must have 5+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales, be bilingual (English/French), and ready to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries.
• Bilingual English and French.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales and market growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with neurologists, MS clinics and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Deliver product presentations and educational programs to customers.
• Achieve sales, activity, and performance targets within timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Patient Support and other teams.
• Report adverse events and complaints per Novartis policies.
