Job summary

Hirextra is seeking an experienced Senior Developer/Engineer to join the EUCS squad. You will design, implement, and provide L3 support for SaaS integrations, collaborating with Product Owner, SaaS vendors, and internal teams to deliver a secure, scalable platform roadmap.

You will contribute to onboarding, lifecycle management, and automation across cloud platforms, with emphasis on reliability, CI/CD, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in application development with .NET and C#.
• Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS and cloud platforms.
• Experience onboarding, lifecycle management, and automation.
• Strong experience with OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
• Solid networking fundamentals; hands-on proxy/load-balancing.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization for complex environments.
• Clear, confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud-based tooling and SaaS onboarding, integration design, tooling development, documentation updates, production support, and on-call escalations.
• Improve platform reliability through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Act as an escalation point for complex production issues and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with risk, security, change management, and operational standards.
• Participate in an engineering on-call rotation (approximately 1 week every 8 weeks) to support production platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Support cloud‑based tooling and services, including SaaS application onboarding, integration solution design, tooling development, documentation updates, production support, and on‑call escalations.

Improve platform reliability through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

6+ years of application development experience with .NET and C#.

Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS and cloud platforms (e.g., Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft 365), including onboarding, lifecycle management, and automation.

Strong experience with enterprise authentication and identity integrations, including OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, with hands‑on experience in web proxy and load‑balancing technologies.

Excellent problem‑solving and prioritization skills for complex environments.
