Job summary

InfiCare Staffing in Montreal, Canada, seeks a Senior .NET Software Developer to design, implement, and provide L3 support for enterprise SaaS integrations and cloud platforms. You will collaborate with Product Owners, SaaS vendors, and internal engineering teams to build resilient, secure, and scalable solutions.

You will own platform reliability through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, designing authentication and identity integrations and applying networking and security standards

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on development with .NET/C# and enterprise SaaS experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS integration, cloud platforms, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead SaaS onboarding and integration for enterprise platforms (Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft 365).
• Develop internal tooling and automation to support cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Own platform reliability via CI/CD, DevOps practices, and on-call rotations.
• Design and support enterprise authentication using OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, SaaS vendors, and internal engineering teams.
• Provide L3 production support and coordinate with vendors for incident resolution.
• Apply networking knowledge (web proxy, load balancing) to cloud platform requirements.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, and change-management standards.

The Senior .NET Software Developer joins our squad to design, implement, and provide L3 support for enterprise SaaS integrations and cloud platforms. The developer collaborates closely with Product Owners, SaaS vendors, and internal engineering teams to build resilient, secure, and scalable solutions. The role carries hands-on ownership of platform reliability through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

• SaaS Onboarding & Integration
• Lead onboarding, integration solution design, and lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS platforms including Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, and Microsoft 365.
• Platform Tooling & Development
• Develop and maintain internal tooling, update documentation, and deliver automation solutions that support cloud-based services.
• CI/CD & DevOps
• Improve platform reliability by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps best practices across the engineering stack.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues, coordinating with SaaS vendors and internal teams to drive resolution.
• Identity & Authentication
• Design and support enterprise authentication and identity integrations using OAuth, OIDC, and SAML protocols.
• Networking & Infrastructure
• Apply hands-on knowledge of web proxy and load-balancing technologies to support networking requirements of cloud platforms.
• Compliance & Standards
• Ensure all solutions meet risk, security, change management, and operational standards established by the organization.
