New Value Solutions is seeking Senior .NET Developers to support Government of Canada IT engagements involving enterprise app development, systems modernization, and integration. You will design, develop, test, and maintain secure enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core within large public sector environments.

We value hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and modern .NET versions.

Formación

• Extensive professional experience in C# and .NET in large enterprise or public sector IT.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and OOP.
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining enterprise web apps, APIs and backend services.
• Experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with secure development practices.
• Knowledge of Agile, automated testing, code reviews and SDLC.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core.
• Develop web applications, RESTful APIs, web services, and backend components.
• Translate business and technical requirements into designs and specs.
• Develop data access components and enterprise DB integrations.
• Support modernization, including migration from legacy .NET Framework to .NET.
• Ensure secure, scalable, high-performance components.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, DBAs, developers, and test teams.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data access.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and perf optimization.
• Support CI/CD, version control, and release processes.
• Investigate and resolve defects and production incidents.
• Prepare technical designs, specs, and documentation.
