Embrace Industrial Group serves some of the largest manufacturers in the world, including the Top 8 of 10 Chemical, Top 3 of 10 Automotive, and Top 3 of 5 Oil and Gas companies, as well as leading Heavy Machinery and Food manufacturers.
Northwest Analytics (NWA) is a pioneering SaaS product within the Embrace portfolio of companies, specializing in analytics-based knowledge solutions for global manufacturers across industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. NWA empowers manufacturers to optimize operational efficiency by codifying and amplifying process knowledge across their enterprises. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack .NET/React Developer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a new enterprise SaaS productfrom the ground up using .NET and React.
- Build modular, reusable, configurable, performant, and responsive front-end interfaceswith a strong emphasis ondata visualizationacross multiple form factors.
- Implement scalable, secure, and robust backend servicestailored for adata-rich applicationenvironment.
- Work with diverse data sources and databases, including writing complex SQL queries, performing data modeling, and optimizing performance across Oracle, SQL Server, and other data stores.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and QA teams toensure high-quality softwareand smooth product delivery.
- Maintain best practices inScrum-based development, including code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesto minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
- Stay current onindustry trends and emerging technologiesin .NET, React, cloud services, and data visualization frameworks.
Must-Haves
- 7+ yearsof professional full-stack development experience with .NET (C# orVB.NET) and React.
- Demonstrated expertise indata-intensive application development(e.g., SQL, stored procedures, database optimization).
- Strong front-end development skillsin React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiarity with UI libraries (like Material-UI).
- Experience integrating front-end applications withREST APIs and backend services.
- Proficiency withversion control (Git)and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).
- Solid understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologiesand enterprise software development best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in global or distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Good-to-Haves
- Experience withcharting librarieslikeD3.jsor similar data visualization frameworks.
- Familiarity with multiple data sources likeData Lakes, Time Series Databases, or cloud-based storage solutions.
- Manufacturing industry domain knowledgeor experience working on data-centric manufacturing applications.
- Hands-on experiencetransforming legacy systemsto modern web architectures (React, APIs in .NET, etc).
