Our client, a well-established employer in Canada, is seeking a .Net Technical Lead to work on critical applications and drive the enablement of high-performing development teams.

This is a hands-on role and will work on fullstack software development in a fast-paced environment and microservice architecture. The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring teams, raising technical standards, and helping organizations deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.

This is a full-time, remote position - must work EST times.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the design and implementation of features using .NET Core and C#
Work on front-end development using Angular 14+
Establish coding standards and development best practices across teams
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide solutions
Mentor developers on microservices, containerization, and DevOps approaches
Work on migration of services to Kubernetes
Stay current with advancements in .NET, Angular, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
