ABOUT THE CLIENT

My client is a mid-size IT Consultancy going from strength to strength. They work with a diverse range of clients across Financial Services, Renewables, Healthcare & Government.

All the team work adhering to best in industry techniques such as TDD, CI and Paired Programming.

You’ll be working on an ongoing project for a leading Government client, the role is Remote first. However, our HQ is in Calgary and occasional team socials, and meetings will be held here. Travel can be expensed.

In this role, as a senior developer, you will be responsible for forming and onboarding new project teams, integrating them into the client’s organization, and ensuring a clear understanding of the project and product vision. You should be skilled at facilitating communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team, while also tracking project progress, offering timely feedback, and fostering a culture of agility and continuous learning.
