OrganOx seeks a Senior Digital Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to design, build, secure, and maintain cloud infrastructure for its digital products and connected device services. The role focuses on Azure, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and security within a regulated medical software environment.

The successful candidate will bridge Digital and Data teams, drive automation, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance and reliable operations for OrganOx platforms.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in infrastructure, DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or software delivery (essential).
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience across networking, IAM, storage, compute, monitoring, security (essential).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, environment management, automated deployment, testing, and release controls (essential).
• Strong scripting, automation, observability, logging, alerting, and incident diagnosis skills (essential).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, access control, encryption, auditability, and compliance for regulated software (essential).
• Ability to support software teams through development, integration, deployment, and platform support (essential).
• Experience with data-platform infrastructure concepts (Azure data services, Databricks, SAP integration) to support Digital/Data needs (essential).
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills (essential).
• Experience with IEC 62304, ISO 14971 or other regulated software processes (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, secure, and maintain scalable Azure cloud infrastructure for OrganOx digital products and services.
• Own and improve platform capabilities across networking, IAM, storage, compute, monitoring, resilience, and cost.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, automated deployment, and release controls.
• Collaborate with software teams to support development, validation, deployment, and platform support.
• Establish monitoring, logging, observability, and incident-support practices.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, access control, encryption, and auditability for regulated software.
• Provide input for Digital/Data platforms including cloud services and data pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and runbooks.
• Adhere to OrganOx Code of Conduct and company policies.
