The role of a Senior Negotiator, Broadcast Partnerships is to prepare, negotiate, and document the execution of all client media buys within the Investment group. The Senior Buyer will train and guide Assistant Buyers and support the Supervisor/Manager in preparing documentation such as pre-buy/post-buy reports, media evaluations, and recommendations.

This role requires collaboration within an integrated media investment team to ensure high-quality media execution grounded in insights and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership and management of campaigns, including negotiating media campaigns directly with sales reps, developing media schedules, and executing revisions.
  • Explore promotional opportunities and negotiate compensation.
  • Communicate variations in media plans and address market concerns with the planning team.
  • Prepare reports, conduct audits, and track media buy changes accurately.
  • Manage billing discrepancies and budget control reports.
  • Coordinate with media partners for submissions and ensure clear communication with planning teams.
  • Develop market analyses and guide the planning teams on buying conditions.
  • Lead evaluations of sponsorships and integrations with the manager.
  • Assist in training junior staff and serve as a resource for complex requests.
  • Contribute to media point of views (POVs) and other strategic documents.

  • Associate-level experience in media investment, with experience in major markets and networks.
