Qualifications

• Experience in government, public administration, legal, regulatory, or similar complex organizations (≥10 years).
• Experience in senior leadership or executive advisory roles (≥10 years).
• Extensive experience in research, investigations, audits, inquiries, policy reviews, or analyzing complex documentation (≥10 years).
• Experience preparing written and verbal recommendations for senior executives (≥10 years).
• Experience drafting reports or documents for public release (≥10 years).
• Experience managing complex projects, strategic initiatives, budgets, or major deliverables (≥10 years).
• Policy, governance, legal, or strategic analysis is a strong asset.
• Bilingual in English and French; capable of interviews and professional documentation in both languages.

Responsibilities

Compensation: Expected hourly rate of $60.00 - $80.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and final contract pricing.
