Qualifications

We provide end-to-end project services and have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset classes and sectors, including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury, and insurance. Responsibilities

• Resolve daily end-user issues on functional, technical, valuation, and pricing aspects (L1 Support).
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and implement necessary enhancements.
• Develop requirements according to stream and resolution needs.
• Manage daily tasks to ensure timely delivery of support services.
• Contribute to support group efforts in resolving requests or issues.
• Analyze, formulate, develop, and contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables.
• Stay updated on new application developments, enhancements, upgrades, regulations, and practices globally.
• Perform testing for assigned deliverables and participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT).
• Provide off-hours support for EOD batch processing and weekend support as per team rotation.

Skills

Must have

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Murex Integration (MxML/WF).
• Proficiency with technologies such as MxMLExchange, RTBS/MDCS, Datamart.
• Hands-on experience with MX.3 modules for enterprise integration, including MxMLExchange, Datamart, MX.3 APIs (.Net, Java, C++, SOAP/REST).
• Experience with real-time bridging, Market Data Cache Server, MX.3 Connectivity 2.0, and packaged interfaces like MarkitWire, DTCC, MarginSphere, IceLink, FXAll, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL/RDBMS, XML/JSON, Java/J2EE, Python, C/C++, C#, scripting languages (Unix Shell, JavaScript), Jenkins, CI/CD, DevOps tools, Maven, Git, Apache Camel, ESB, ETL.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux OS.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• BSc or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with MXpress, MXplus, and MX.3 upgrades.
• Knowledge of market data interfaces, C2.0, and trade lifecycle management.
• SQL (Oracle/Sybase) and Unix command skills.
• Client-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• Effective teamwork and personal leadership qualities.
• Strong planning, organization, and analytical decision-making skills.
