Job description

Our leading consulting client is looking for a Dynamics Analyst to join their team on a 18 month term. The role will operate on a hybrid model, 2-3 days a week at the location most convenience to the candidate (Calgary or Edmonton). This full time contract is for 35 hours per week.

You will strategically assist clients with assessments, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solution that includes integration with a GIS.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and design implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Translating business requirements into technical objectives for development teams.
• Analyzing data from internal and external sources and communicating the analysis results to make recommendations to senior management.
• Analyze business processes and requirements, identifying areas where efficiency can be improved.
• Develop and maintain GIS applications and databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the system meets business needs.
• Provide training and support to users of the system.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Must haves :

• At least 8-10 years of experience as a functional business analyst.
• At least 5 years of experience with MS Dynamics.
• Degree or Diploma in a related field.
• Experience working in a complex and matrixed environment.
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
• 2 years of experience with GIS integrations nice to have.
