Job summary

GENPACT CANADA SERVICES COMPANY is seeking a Sr. Developer for Enterprise Applications with Oracle S expertise. You will lead configuration, implementation and ongoing support of IBM MQ, ensure release quality, and collaborate with clients and teams to resolve incidents and deliver robust MQ solutions.

The role requires strong MQ knowledge, SSL, DR procedures, and experience with migrations. English communication and office-based work in Canada are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, implementing and supporting IBM MQ.
• Ability to understand business requirements and design MQ solutions.
• Proven track record with MQ architecture and SSL configurations.
• Experience in MQ migrations, patching and DR procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configuration, implementation and support of IBM MQ.
• Understand business requirements and design MQ solutions.
• Ensure quality standards in release and incident handling.
• Perform root cause analysis for Priority incidents and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain service performance with SLAs and quality.
• Escalate service-related issues to Track lead or client.
• Implement MQ architecture, RDQM HA and SSL certificates.
• Coordinate MQ migration and upgrade activities.
