Job summary

Brunel is seeking an experienced Lead, Management Operating System (MOS) Design to design, document and continually improve MOS across multiple industrial sites. You will translate operating system principles into practical tools and processes while collaborating with operations teams and corporate stakeholders.

This role requires strong operational excellence background, change management expertise and governance experience, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or another relevant discipline.
Demonstrated understanding of Management Operating Systems or equivalent operating systems, including experience supporting their design and deployment.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage priorities, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
Excellent professional writing skills with experience developing procedures, standards and technical or operational documentation.

Responsibilities

Support the development and documentation of the MOS, including frameworks, standards, procedures, guidelines, templates and site-based processes.
Coordinate MOS design activities, tracking progress, dependencies, updates and risks.
Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to validate MOS designs in practice and capture lessons learned.
Ensure MOS standards align with existing processes and requirements across sites.
Support information management and document control with versioning and approvals.
