Job Description

You will develop and test mobile applications, manage versions & updates as required.

Individual Responsibilities:

• Builds, codes, tests, maintains high-quality mobile applications
• Participates in Agile sprints and ceremonies; supports rapid iteration and development
• Translates user requirements into software requirements
• Designs, develops, tests, maintains, and improves application APIs as part of a team, working across data, orchestration, rules, and transactional stacks throughout the development lifecycle
• Builds code to specifications and standards
• Develops and codes moderately complex software
• Provides minimal coaching to teammates
• Contributes code across Business Units
• Understands the impact of work on organizational entities
• Typically a top contributor to team success
• Analyzes, codes, and tests software components as defined by the Product Owner and team
• Creates and conducts executable tests, integrating code into the overall framework
• Reviews current software to identify defects and opportunities for performance and stability improvements
• Completes documentation for deployment, maintenance, support, and business needs
• Researches technical strategies, third-party tools, and emerging technologies to improve development efficiency
• Promotes agile principles and disciplined coding practices

Job Requirements:

Must have:

• At least 7+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of production experience with mobile development using React Native (TypeScript)
• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade applications

Additional skills include understanding of software development lifecycle, platform technologies, modern architectures, scripting languages, mentoring, certification, and strong interpersonal skills.
