RBC Borealis AI Group is seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Software Engineer to own and deliver ML projects end-to-end. You will work with leading researchers and engineers, handling data preprocessing, model development, deployment, and monitoring in a production ML environment.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software engineering, strong Python skills, and experience with ML lifecycles, microservices, and DevOps practices. Toronto area with a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience building modular, robust systems in Python or similar.
• Experience across ML lifecycle from prototyping to production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of ML-based software solutions across the lifecycle.
• Design and develop Borealis’ ML products.
• Partner with research and product teams for seamless delivery.
• Apply engineering and data best practices for scalable ML systems.
• Provide documentation and technical advisory.
