Job summary

Trekor Metals Limited, Barriere, British Columbia, is seeking a Senior Mine Engineer to join the Yellowhead Copper Project team. The role involves mine planning, study management, permitting support, and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Director of the Yellowhead Copper Project.

You will produce mine designs and schedules, integrate plans with environmental commitments and regulatory submissions, and lead NI 43-101 reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mine Engineering (or equivalent) with relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer registration with EGBC in good standing.
• Experience in mine planning, design, scheduling, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Perform broad technical evaluations to advance the Yellowhead project.
• Manage studies related to mine design, scopes of work, and costs.
• Produce detailed mine plans: design, scheduling, cost estimation, and cash flow analysis.
• Integrate mine plans with environmental commitments, permit applications and reclamation needs.
• Conduct trade-off studies on equipment, tech options, and operational factors.
• Author/regulatory reporting including NI 43-101 technical reports.
