David Aplin Recruiting is seeking a Senior Mine Engineer focused on strategic mine planning and Life‑of‑Mine analysis to shape the future of large‑scale projects in Saskatchewan. Qualifications

• 15+ years of mining experience with emphasis on strategic planning and modeling.
• Proficiency in Deswik and Vulcan; familiarity with NI 43-101 standards.
• P.Eng certification in Saskatchewan preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder communication and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous optimization of comprehensive Life‑of‑Mine plans, integrating geological, operational, environmental, and commercial factors.

• Demonstrated skill in financial modeling, budgeting, and long‑term scheduling.
• P.Eng certification in Saskatchewan is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder communication and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and influence cross‑disciplinary teams.
