Job summary

Napoleon Group of Companies seeks a Senior Millwright to install, maintain and repair advanced CNC machinery, robotics, and PLC systems in a highly automated fabrication facility. You will lead preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and mentor junior technicians to sustain peak production.

Applicants should have a Red Seal Millwright certification with 5+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post‑certification experience with highly technical and automated machinery.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery, robotics, and PLC‑controlled equipment.
• Lead corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians to build team capability.
