The New Era Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic and Electrician to ensure reliable operation of production machinery. You will support CNC machines, maintain equipment performance, and assist with modifications with minimal supervision, prioritizing safety and quality.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and reading blueprints to diagnose issues. A valid Millwright certification and relevant CNC experience are required for this on-site

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in a machine shop or field service maintenance.
• Industrial Millwright Certification 433A or 442A is required.
• Certified 309A Electrician preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints for electric and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and CNC controls.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines including lathes and mills.
• Repair mechanical components: bearings, shafts, gears, reassemble and test.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues on CNC tools.
• Modify, install, and relocate machinery as directed.
• Maintain PM schedules to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance including oil/coolant changes and cleaning.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, electrical codes, and specs.
• Install and repair wiring, motors, hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Suggest improvements to maintenance schedules to reduce costs.
