Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Dorval, QC seeks a Senior Methods Agent, Product Development to coordinate innovation projects, process improvements, and solution development for performance, quality, and efficiency. You will collaborate with Engineering and multidisciplinary teams to ensure manufacturability, prepare technical docs, and develop the product structure and manufacturing plans.

Fluent French is required; English is an asset.

Qualifications

DEC in Aeronautical Technology, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
Proficient in CATIA V5, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
Strong team spirit with autonomy, sound judgment and perseverance.
Strong project management aptitude.
Strong verbal and written communication in French; English is an asset.

Responsibilities

Attend technical meetings (IPDT) with Engineering.
Influence engineering teams by promoting Design for Manufacturing principles.
Ensure completion of all required documentation related to product development. Establish governance meetings to monitor ongoing actions and deliverables.
Develop and maintain the First Unit Inspection (FUI) control schedule.
Participate in meetings with Engineering and multidisciplinary teams to highlight final assembly line requirements.
Prepare manufacturing plans and ensure completion within timelines.
