Huzzle is seeking a high-performance Senior Media Buyer to lead Meta ad strategy for a growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement businesses. You will own the end-to-end process from strategy to execution, with autonomy over performance and reporting.

The role offers a path into leadership as the team scales. We value extreme ownership, strategic testing, and the ability to mentor junior buyers while collaborating closely with the founder to refine ad creatives and messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-spend Meta ad campaigns across multiple accounts.
• Strong understanding of high-ticket, lead-gen funnels for home services or related sectors.
• Ability to mentor junior media buyers and lead client discussions independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of ~10 client accounts.
• Build, test, and iterate on lead gen funnels including VSLs and booked-call workflows.
• Own client relationships, lead weekly performance calls, and provide concise reporting.
• Analyze data to drive decisions on sales performance and lead quality.
• Collaborate with founder to test new creatives, hooks, and messaging angles.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery for scalable ROIs.
• Document processes for scalability and quality control.
• Identify underperforming accounts and implement proactive solutions.
