Job summary

Bevertec is seeking a Senior MERN Developer – Full Stack for a contract role in Ontario, Canada. The position is on-site five days a week and runs through April 2027.

You will join a fast-paced team building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js, owning key features from design to deployment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of full-stack experience, strong docs skills, and Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
• MERN stack expertise: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• 4+ years creating technical docs, build books, deployment and release docs.
• Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines experience.
• OAuth 2.0 and SAML experience; AODA accessibility compliance.
• Agile delivery experience; cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Azure cloud experience is an asset; GO-ITS experience is an asset.
• Experience designing solution artifacts and architecture diagrams.

Job Title: Senior MERN Developer – Full Stack

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: End of April 2027

Ideal Rate: $90- $95 (Based on Experience)

ONSITE- 5 days

Must haves:

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN)
• 4+ years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, build books, deployment procedures, and release documentation
• Experience with solution design artifacts, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 and SAML
• Experience developing accessible applications compliant with AODA
• Experience working in Agile software delivery environments
• Experience collaborating with business, technical, security, privacy, and architecture stakeholders
• Microsoft Azure experience is an asset
• Government of Ontario / GO-ITS experience is an asset
