Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in MEMS, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and deliver results.
• Strong background working in manufacturing and cross-functional engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of MEMS development programs, transferring customer prototypes into manufacturing.
• Manage complex, cross-functional project teams across engineering, operations, and business functions.
• Provide clear visibility to plant leadership on project status, risks, and forecasts.
• Drive improvements in project execution - reducing timelines, lowering costs, and improving quality.
• Facilitate key project activities including design reviews, gate reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
• Strengthen application of quality frameworks (PFMEA, MSA, control plans, SPC).
• Build strong customer relationships and lead business review meetings.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers.
• Lead strategic improvement initiatives to advance project management systems and practice.
