Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a Manager of Quality and Reliability to develop strategies ensuring MEMS quality and compliance. The role involves overseeing product qualification plans, managing a Supplier Quality Engineering team, and mentoring quality engineers. Ideal candidates will have a BS/MS in Engineering and extensive semiconductor industry experience. This position is pivotal for leading cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and effectiveness while supporting company goals.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Engineering work in the Semiconductor Industry.
• Ability to work across global time zones.
• Understanding of the impact and the cost of failure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and approve MEMS product qualification plans.
• Provide strategic direction and review reliability and qualification.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Data analysis (e.g. JMP)

Communication skills

Experience in semiconductor processes

Skilled in reliability tests (HTOL, HAST, etc.)

Familiarity with quality tools (8D, PFMEA, etc.)

Education

BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent
