Job summary

FirstOntario Credit Union Limited is seeking a Senior Member Solutions Team Representative to deliver timely, accurate financial guidance to members and to identify and fulfill sales opportunities through consultative advice. This role supports colleagues with routine and complex transactions to build trust and position FirstOntario as the preferred banking partner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 continuous years' experience in a Member Consultant or similar role with FirstOntario or another financial institution.
• Must have first level lending limits and achievable second/third level limits within 12 months.
• Must complete applicable testing.
• Strong knowledge of Temenos Banking System and Criterion or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals set by the Manager or designate.
• Uncover and identify sales opportunities and cross-sell full product suite.
• Provide tailored financial advice aligned with members' goals and needs.
• Maintain up-to-date pipeline, CRM entries, and activity plans.
• Travel within the region to provide support as required.
• Assist onboarding of new team members and participate in team meetings.
