Job summary

FirstOntario Credit Union is seeking a Senior Member Solutions Team Representative (MSTR) to deliver timely, accurate financial advice and to uncover sales opportunities for members, acting as a trusted advisor across everyday banking, investments, credit and more. The role supports members through virtual, outbound, and in-person channels and collaborates with Wealth Management and Commercial teams.

The position is primarily remote, requires experience in banking and lending, and includes

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in the Member Consultant or a similar role.
• Experience with banking systems and lending platforms.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and service goals as directed by the Manager.
• Uncover and identify sales opportunities and cross-sell products and services.
• Provide financial advice across virtual, outbound, and in-person channels.
• Develop plans based on members' financial goals and needs.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM with pipeline, referrals, and activity.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Contribute to regional initiatives and collaborate with Wealth Management and Business/Commercial teams.
• Remain compliant with policies and lending limits.
