Smile Digital Health in Canada is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own healthcare platform strategy from concept to market. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and leadership to turn opportunities into scalable, interoperable solutions.

Deep healthcare knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential as you drive market analysis, define product roadmaps, and articulate value to payers and providers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management or related
• Deep healthcare industry knowledge with track record delivering software products
• Entrepreneurial mindset and cross-functional collaboration
• Consultative experience with executive-level clients
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Technical familiarity with interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7) and modern stacks

Responsibilities

• Identify unmet market opportunities in healthcare and design product capabilities
• Collaborate with Director of Product Management to define strategy and ownership
• Work with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership to design, market, sell, and implement products
• Partner with Technical Product Managers to translate needs into backlogs
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify differentiators
• Develop product communications, sales strategies, training, and demos
• Present at industry events to drive awareness and adoption
• Champion healthcare data capabilities across payer and provider workflows
