With a proven track record of driving growth for clients across industries, we're now expanding our digital marketing operations and strengthening our footprint in APAC as part of our growth strategy. We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer | Paid Media Strategist to driving qualified leads, building brand visibility in new markets.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following...
• Plan, launch full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Conduct A/B testing for creative, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies
• Track, Analyze and Optimize key KPIs and final performance of campaigns
• Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals
• Stay informed on platform changes, industry trends, and new ad tech
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of deep, practical experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, delivering measurable business outcomes
• Proven success in managing large-scale campaigns with measurable impact
• Strong analytical and optimization skills — you're comfortable making decisions based on data
• Self-driven and dependable in a remote work environment
• Experience in lead generation campaigns and funnel strategy is a plus
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Understanding of buyer journeys and long sales cycles
• Experience working within a consultancy, SaaS, or RevOps-focused organization
