The Role

We’re hiring an experiencedSenior Media Buyerto lead paid acquisition for our B2B and B2C tech clients. You’ll manage performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn — working directly with founders, CMOs, and marketing teams at high-growth SaaS platforms, and tech marketplaces.

This is a strategic, client-facing role. You’ll own performance across multiple accounts and collaborate closely with creative, CRO, and strategy teams to drive measurable results. You should be confident in both hands-on campaign execution and communicating performance insights to clients

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Own full-funnel strategy tailored to B2B SaaS and B2C tech clients
  • Work directly with clients to present insights, recommendations, and reporting
  • Optimize accounts for CAC, ROAS, pipeline velocity, and LTV
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief and iterate on ad content
  • Build performance reports (monthly + mid-month) with actionable takeaways
  • Track pacing and spend across accounts to ensure consistent performance
  • Stay current with platform updates, targeting shifts, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years experience in a paid media role at a digital or performance agency
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads is required
  • Proven track record managing $300K+ in monthly spend across tech accounts
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, lead generation, and SaaS sales cycles
  • Comfortable leading client calls and discussing performance strategy
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, GA4, and CRM or lead-tracking tools
  • Self-starter who thrives on ownership, performance, and client impact
