Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Media Analyst responsible for data analysis, reporting, and providing insights to support business goals. The role involves collaboration across departments, attention to detail, media expertise, and clear communication of findings. Candidates must reside near Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead complex media analysis projects and deliver insights.
  2. Collaborate with agency and client teams to identify data opportunities and inform strategies.
  3. Mentor junior analysts.
  4. Ensure data accuracy across reports and dashboards.
  5. Analyze data to derive media insights.
  6. Present findings to stakeholders.
  7. Support RFPs, pitches, and planning initiatives.
  8. Develop client relationships and presentations.
  9. Contribute to team talent development and knowledge sharing.
  10. Stay informed on media trends and certifications.
  11. Support agency initiatives and create thought leadership content.
  12. Demonstrate accountability and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related.
  • Minimum 3 years in media data analysis.
  • Experience with media analytics methodologies like MTA, Audience Development, Data Clean Rooms.
  • Proficiency with SQL (MySQL, SQL Server).
  • Experience with retail media platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) and third-party APIs.
  • Understanding of digital data collection, audience segmentation, and data management platforms.
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Adherence to data governance and security protocols.
  • Proven ability to drive results through data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Critical thinking and statistical analysis skills.
