Job summary

Trace Consulting Group in the GTA is seeking a Project Manager II - Mechanical (P.Eng preferred) to lead a team of project managers and coordinators on mechanical building services projects. You will drive delivery, mentor staff, review installations, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of direct mechanical building services experience.
• Diploma/degree in mechanical building services or engineering.
• P.Eng designation in Ontario preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers and coordinators to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor and support junior team members and project coordinators.
• Review existing installations and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with site inspectors and design teams for effective communication.
• Develop and improve PM processes for greater efficiency.
• Organize internal and client meetings and manage project documentation.
