The ideal candidate has 15+ years in mining, minerals and metals and is a P.Eng. with Ontario registration. You will mentor engineers, collaborate across global teams, and drive value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Registered with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
• Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical engineering leadership from concept through commissioning.
• Lead the mechanical engineering project team in development, review, and approval of specifications, design calculations, and drawings.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with applicable regulations, standards, and Worley expectations.
• Deliver mechanical engineering services aligned to project schedules and budgets.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers and designers.
