Job summary

Sanctuary Corp is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Vancouver to lead design from concept through production for advanced robotic systems. You will drive electromechanical architecture, optimize for performance and manufacturability, and shape future iterations of our humanoid robotics platforms.

The role requires a strong track record in mechatronics, hands-on prototyping, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver high-density, reliable mechanical solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, engineering physics, robotics, or equivalent.
• 6–9 years of experience with 3D CAD in complex electromechanical systems.
• Proven track record leading designs from concept through production.
• Experience across full product lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Ability to optimize designs for performance, cost, manufacturability.
• Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing for mid- to high-volume production.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
