Job Description

Required Experience / Skills :

  • 5+ years of demonstrated digital ads measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company
  • Excels at accessing, analyzing, interpreting, and communicating ads performance insights via a wide range of standard data science tooling (e.g. SQL, Python)
  • Is a trusted expert in measurement concepts, solutions, and the statistical fundamentals used in the retail ads measurement ecosystem, including expertise in client- or vendor-owned multi-touch attribution systems, conversion based incrementality, site analytics, media mix modeling, and geo based matched-market testing measurement solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize across multiple data sources and turn numbers into actionable insights
  • Experience communicating complex measurement concepts directly with Partners with a wide range of measurement sophistication

Preferred Experience / Skills :

  • Data visualization is a plus

What you’ll do :

  • Conduct and deliver measurement tests and analyses for Client retail advertisers using a combination of internal and external measurement solutions
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for key strategic advertiser relationships as they pertain to Omnichannel Retail measurement
  • Communicate complex results back to a non-technical client audience and influence client measurement thinking
  • Work closely with our sales counterparts to deliver measurement-based recommendations to our retail Partners and establish annual account strategy
  • Help Sales articulate the Client value proposition and handle objections using knowledge of measurement, AdTech and analytics
  • Stay on top of current measurement approaches and technologies within the retail industry, providing guidance and recommendations to our clients

The Client Measurement team partners closely with advertisers to help grow their businesses through rigorous measurement and iterative learning. We sit at the intersection of Business and Product, helping to drive performance for advertisers and providing in-market feedback to our Product org to influence our ads and measurement solutions strategies. This position is a unique opportunity to work with senior-level executives on a strategic level and help to shape the future of how brands advertise on Client.
